Ofori, Esq. is a Director at Greenhall Capital where he develops the firm’s management criteria, evaluating all business opportunities from a growth perspective. Prior to Greenhall Capital, Mr. Ofori practiced law as a corporate attorney in Washington, D.C. and evaluated investment opportunities for an asset management firm. He also worked at Winston & Strawn LLP in their Corporate Group. Prior to his legal career, he was an M&A analyst, where he advised a number of companies on various mergers and acquisitions consequences. Mr. Ofori is licensed by the Virginia State and Massachusetts State Bar. He is a member of American Bar Association and University of Virginia School of Law Alumni Association. He sits on the Board of Directors for CertifyMeNow. Mr. Ofori currently serves as a member of a number of non-profits including Capital Partners for Education and Charter Board Partners. Mr. Ofori holds a B.A. in Economics from the University of Virginia and a J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law where he served as an Articles Editor for the Virginia Tax Review.
