2015-10 Greenhall Capital Partners, LP and the Clairmont Group to partner on multi-family real estate development and acquisitions
Washington, DC – Private investment firm Greenhall Capital Partners, LPtoday announced that it has formed a partnership with New York based local real estate operator Clairmont Group (Clairmont) led by David Lubin. Mr. Lubin started Clairmont after over 10 years in private equity real estate at C-III Capital Partners, Allianz Real Estate and MetLife Real Estate. The partnership will leverage Greenhall’s prior capabilities investing in multi-family assets in the Mid-Atlantic market.
