2016-01 Greenhall Capital Partners Makes Significant Minority Investment in DC Life Parking
Washington, DC – Private investment firm Greenhall Capital Partners, LP today announced that it has agreed to make a significant minority investment in DC Life Parking alongside existing shareholders. The investment closed on January 28, 2016, providing DC Life with additional capital and resources to accelerate the company’s growth strategy of leasing parking lots in the District of Columbia. Otis Ofori, Principal of Greenhall Capital, said: “We are excited to partner with DC Life and believe our investment is well placed to benefit DC Life’s growth in the leasing parking space.”
Mr. Ofori went on to say, “Parking is a premium in the District and parking lots in and around Nationals stadium are scare. We believe this investment will help the company become more competitive in its acquisition and leasing of such prime parking space.”
Funding for the transaction came from Greenhall Capital Ventures (GCV), GCP’s Growth Capital group that provides expansion and acquisition capital for growing companies.
